Morning workouts in the Municipal Building Gymnasium and Dance Room are sure to get you into shape, give you confidence and give
you energy for the day.  Fran Leslie, an energetic and experienced
lead instructor, will make you feel welcome.  Fran offers two versions
of aerobics and conditioning:

CARDIO-PUMP- Burn calories and get fit with this traditional style aerobics program.  A typical class will include:
  Warm-up with low-level aerobic movement
  Gradual build into a 40 minute aerobic workout
  Cool down begins during upper body workout
  Class concludes with 15 minute floor workout for abs, hips, thighs.


BODY PUMP- This exercise class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility and tone.  The 35-40 minute class includes:
   Warm-up
   Upper Body Strengthening
   Abdominal - Hip - Thigh - Buttock Workouts
   Stretch
   Relaxation

Items You Should Bring: 
       Floor mat or towel, hand held weights and a water bottle.
