Meet The Contestants |
1. Stop by the Fort Atkinson Parks & Recreation Department or print out the Registration page on the EAGLE website. 2. Fill out the EAGLE Questionnaire completely.

Make a 2 minute video introducing yourself in your own original way.
Start out with name and grade. Then tell us why you think you would
be a valuable member of EAGLE. Be as creative as you want to
be. These videos will not be a part of the overall team score.
They will be aired on Channel 13 in an episode all on their own.
Please contact the Parks and Rec. office you would like us to help you
tape your intro if you do not have access to a video camera.
4. Pay the $45 entry fee to guarantee a spot in EAGLE. Only 24 spots are available so sign up early. The fee is non-refundable unless we can fill the spot or by the Coordinator's discretion. 5. Drop off the $45, EAGLE Questionnaire, and video tape to the Fort Atkinson Parks and Recreation Department at 30 North Water Street West, Fort Atkinson, WI. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8-Noon, 1-5. After Memorial Day the hours are 8-Noon, 12:30-4:30. 6. The deadline for EAGLE is Thursday, August 12. |
