Memorial Park

520 Bark River Drive

"Home of Fort Youth Baseball"

Home to the area's future baseball stars as Fort Parks & Recreation's T-Ball & Coach Pitch "Learn to Play" baseball participants play by day...and Fort Youth Baseball League (over 20 teams) play by night.  Nearly 400 games are played on the diamonds annually.

The park features 3 lighted fields with electronic scoreboards, yellow safety capped home run fences, restrooms and the "most affordable" concession stand.  A new shelter built by Eagle Scout Evan Steinke and funded by the Fort Junior Women's Club and Fort Youth Baseball made its debut in 2004.  A drinking fountain is located adjacent to the shelter.

Planned for 2006 - Restrooms upgrade, Batting Cage (Donated by Batterman Foundation), Covered Dugouts & Playground (Donated by Fort Community Credit Union)
