2012 RECITAL DATES ARE:  Friday, May 18th for 3 and 4 year olds @ The Fort Atkinson Senior High School Auditorium

2012 RECITAL DATES ARE:  Sunday, May 20th for 5 year olds and up @ The Erving Young Auditorium in Whitewater, WI (rehearsal all day Saturday, May 19th @ Erving Young)

Registration: Sat. Sept. 10, 2011 (in Municipal Gym)
Classes Start: Week of October 3, 2011
Weeks Off:
Each instructor will hand out their calendars for the year at registration.

Registration Info
:
  *Will be held in the Municipal Building
   Gymnasium
  *All dance instructors will be available for
   questions on Registration day
  *9:00-12:00-Noon - New Students may register
   (includes Summer 2011 program)
  *After Sept. 10 - Registration will be at the
   Fort Parks & Rec. Office
(30 N. Water S.t. W)
from
   8-Noon & 1-5:00 weekdays

Registration Notes:
 
*You may register for your immediate family only
   on Sept. 10.  Any registrations received that day
   from people who are not present to register will
   be treated as a mail-in registration and recorded
   after all Saturday in-person registration is
   completed.
  *Dance class fees may be divided up into 2 payments
    (Aug '11 & Jan '12).
  *There is an additional $30 costume fee which is included in your price - for every class your child is in.  If your child WILL NOT be performing in the year end recital, let us know during registration and you will not be charged for a costume.
    * NO REFUNDS FOR DANCE CLASSES OR COSTUME FEES AFTER JANUARY 1ST, 2012.
  *New & Used Dance Clothes will be available for purchase.  If you wish to sell any used items, please stop by the Parks & Rec. Office by Sept. 1 to have items properly tagged and recorded.
