How to Register
By Mail -
Mail in registration begins immediately. Use the registration form on
the back of the brochure, or print out the registration form online.
Fill out the form and a check made out to "City of Fort
Atkinson", and mail to:
Fort Atkinson Parks and Recreation
30 North Water Street West
Fort Atkinson, WI 53538
In Person - In person registration is now open at the Fort Parks and Recreation Department, located in the Municipal Building Gymnasium (30 North Water St. West). The office is open weekdays from 8:00-Noon and 1:00-5:00p.m.
Online - Go the the "Registration Form" page. Print it, fill it out and mail to the Parks and Recreation office at the above address.
